During Your Stay

  • Please keep a valid ID proof on your phone.
  • Please note that staff does not stay at the villa 24×7.

🧹 Household Help & Meals

  • Household help visits every alternate day for a limited duration.
  • Tea preparation and utensil cleaning are included.
  • All meals can be prepared by the household help for ₹1,200 per day, payable in cash to the caretaker before check-out.
  • The ₹1,200 daily cooking charge applies irrespective of the number of meals actually taken that day. It covers the availability and service of cooking for the day and is not calculated meal-wise.

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors.
  • Illegal or banned substances and activities are strictly prohibited.
  • Firecrackers are not permitted.
  • Please do not move furniture outdoors or alter appliance settings.
  • Please switch off lights and ACs when not in use. Keep doors and windows closed while ACs are operating.

  • Please maintain low noise levels at all times.
  • No activities are permitted in common areas.
  • Please do not enter other villas or pluck plants/flowers.
  • The premises are under CCTV surveillance.
  • Any damage to the villa or common areas must be settled before check-out.
